Description
As a mom, wife, and daughter, I’ve been in the relationship trenches. Like many, I’ve had to do the hard work and dig deep to wrestle with my past, come to terms with it, and learn new, more relational ways of being. Your relationship with yourself impacts all of your relationships. Being unhappy, anxious, depressed, disconnected, or just stuck may feel overwhelming. You deserve better. I believe that we're better able to navigate these issues in partnership. Having done relationship work for over 20 years, you can count on me to support you as you develop great ones for yourself!
