Description

I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (18450) and owner of Qavah Therapy. I completed my Master of Arts (MA) in Family Life Education from Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena, California.

Since 2005 I have had the privilege of doing pastoral counselling for youth and college students and since 2015 I work with high risk youth so I understand the complexities of mental health and addictions.

Therapy should be a safe place to heal and grow. My therapeutic style is holistic and trauma informed rooted in compassion, authenticity and neuroscience using EMDR and CBT.
