Hi, I'm Kelsey! For more than 20 years, I have worked in roles where I support individuals with their mental health. I am committed to working collaboratively with my clients as they explore pathways toward change. I am passionate about building relationships that provide a secure-base to do this important work; where you feel seen and understood. My approach to counselling is integrated, which means I draw from a variety of theoretical backgrounds so that your sessions are tailor-made for your unique needs. I welcome feedback from clients to help improve your experience in the therapy room.
