Provider information
Description
I am a Registered Psychotherapist (RP, CCC, MACP) based in Vaughan, Ontario, providing therapy for young adults and couples. Many of my clients come to me struggling with anxiety, self-doubt, or relationship challenges, and feeling like they have to manage it all alone. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and practical, drawing on CBT, DBT, and relational techniques. Together, we work to build confidence, strengthen communication, and create a greater sense of calm, balance, and connection in daily life and relationships.
