Portage Counselling “Your Path. Your Pace. Our Support.” At Portage Counselling, services are delivered through trauma-informed and evidence-based modalities like EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and polyvagal theory. We support all individuals, couples, and families in need of counselling in Comox Valley and beyond. Those who may especially benefit from Portage Counselling include: Neurodiverse individuals, Parents and Youth (11+), those who live with a chronic illness or conditions, those with traumatic experiences and long-standing problematic patterns affecting their life.
