I have been in practice for over 15 years, spanning work in Alberta, California, and Ontario. I assist individual adults with trauma, difficult relationships, anxiety, depression, anger, stress, substance use, and other issues. I am trained in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, certified in Trauma, and Prior to finding this career, I worked in market research project management and kinesiology.
