Now more than ever, people are feeling anxious, overwhelmed, and uncertain about how they are supposed to manage the many facets of their lives and prioritize their own well-being. When we push away our needs and deny ourselves the care that we deserve, it can lead to long-term issues for both your mind and body.I believe that it shouldn’t have to be so hard to live the life you dream of. I offer counselling, parental coaching, and family mediation. I start with understanding where you are now and the challenges you are facing. We will then put a plan in place to support you in your journey.

Summary

Phoenix Counselling and Mediation provides individual, couple, and family counselling services in addition to school assessments, executive coaching, parental coaching, workshops, court mandated anger management, family mediation, psychosocial evaluations, art therapy, and sexology. We work with children, teens, adults, couples, families, and groups.
