Counselling will help you to explore and discover your strengths to overcome the distress you are battling at this time. Whether you are dealing with a mental health challenge, a life challenge, or just need someone to listen, counselling can help. I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor and utilize a collaborative approach in which clients contribute to their therapeutic process.
