You want to learn evidence-based coping skills and strategies that are aligned with and customized to your goals. You are an athlete or active person dealing with an injury or would like support with mental blocks, mental health & resilience, and sport performance. You have challenges with an eating disorder/disordered eating or body image and want to learn to have a new relationship with food and your body.
