Description

My core strengths as a therapist lie in building meaningful and collaborative relationships with my clients. With over 15 years of experience in the field, I have had the privilege of helping numerous individuals find the path to restoration and healing from a spectrum of issues, including depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, adverse childhood experiences, and a myriad of others.

Two pivotal techniques central to my therapeutic practice are Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and trauma-focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

Summary

We are a group of trauma-informed therapists who love to work with individuals, couples, and youth who don’t necessarily “fit the mold”.  You know yourself and your body well, and want to advocate for yourself, whether it’s with medical professionals or for your mental and emotional wellbeing.  

Our holistic approach to the work we do means that we work together as a team, but also within the Langley community.  We want to provide the best counselling and wellness services for you throughout Murrayville, Langley, the Fraser Valley and across Canada.
