I support teens and young adults to achieve the outcomes they are wanting for their lives. Life is not always easy, and I believe that each and every single person, at least one point in their life, will struggle with psychological challenges. I want to help you enhance your emotional wellness as well as help foster hope, resilience and healing.

Summary

We are a group of trauma-informed therapists who love to work with individuals, couples, and youth who don’t necessarily “fit the mold”.  You know yourself and your body well, and want to advocate for yourself, whether it’s with medical professionals or for your mental and emotional wellbeing.  

Our holistic approach to the work we do means that we work together as a team, but also within the Langley community.  We want to provide the best counselling and wellness services for you throughout Murrayville, Langley, the Fraser Valley and across Canada.
