Description

I work with women over the age of 26 and couples who have survived a traumatic experience. As we work together, I hope to help you find healing in a way that provides you with a voice in your life and healthy and authentic relationships with yourself and others.

Summary

We are a group of trauma-informed therapists who love to work with individuals, couples, and youth who don’t necessarily “fit the mold”.  You know yourself and your body well, and want to advocate for yourself, whether it’s with medical professionals or for your mental and emotional wellbeing.  

Our holistic approach to the work we do means that we work together as a team, but also within the Langley community.  We want to provide the best counselling and wellness services for you throughout Murrayville, Langley, the Fraser Valley and across Canada.
