Description
We all face various challenges that can impact our ability to connect with others, feel safe within ourselves and be fully present in our lives. I am passionate about helping people uncover their unique personal strengths, heal their nervous systems, connect with their intuition, increase creativity, and move towards a more fulfilling and peaceful life as their authentic selves. My approach to counselling is collaborative and flexible. It draws on my training and wisdom from Somatic Experiencing, Expressive Arts Therapy, Mindfulness, and Attachment Theory.
