Description

I work with newcomers, children of immigrants, BIPOC, neurodivergent folks and those who feel overwhelmed, undersupported, and lost in the pressure to perform.

My integrative approach is trauma-responsive and grounded in a culturally-responsive, anti-oppressive lens, with a belief that safety and connection are central to healing.

Our sessions are intended for you to come back to yourself, your needs, and your sense of worth. Together, we’ll tend to your wellbeing and explore how to live more freely and fully.

To see if we're a good fit, I invite you to book a free 20-minute initial call.
