Provider information

Description

I support people who are tired of carrying everything alone, particularly BIPOC, adult children of immigrants, and those who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, invisible, or lost in the pressure to perform.

My integrative approach is grounded in trauma-responsive, anti-oppressive frameworks, with a belief that safety and connection are central to healing.

If you tend to put yourself last, or never feel good enough, our sessions offer space to come back to yourself, your needs, and your sense of worth. Working together, we’ll tend to your wellbeing and explore how to live more freely and fully.
