Hello, I am Shelley with Outside Voice Counselling. I strive to hold a trauma-informed, compassionate and curious stance. I enjoy working with individuals and couples, addressing relationship concerns, working through trauma, grief, attachment wounds, and self-identity. I work from principles based in Emotionally focused therapy, IFS, Attachment theory, and Hakomi therapy. I have a genuine belief in people and personal strength. I am passionate about understanding my client's story. Alongside healing we work to discover your needs, your values, and help you get in touch with your core self.

Summary

Hello, welcome to my Richmond community, Calgary SW office space. My private cozy office is located inside the Urban Core Business centre. I have hot tea and water to offer all my clients, please ask if I forget! 

This space is located near city bus stops and also offers free parking at the building. Please note there are stairs leading up to the entrance doors and down to the restrooms, the office space is not wheelchair accessible.
