Description
I am passionate about working with students, individuals and parents. Our sessions can also address concerns like parent-child relationships, emotional concerns, behavioural concerns, school concerns, inclusive education and parenting children with an ADHD diagnosis. I am sympathetic to the challenges families may experience. I also specialize working with teachers and educational workers. I provide empathy, acceptance and non-judgemental support. My approach is adaptive and will ensure the work you do in sessions best fits your needs and lifestyle.

Ordinary Therapy
Summary
Making room for imperfection, acceptance and compassion as we develop better ways of living. ~ At Ordinary Therapy I have no magic or secrets to success: I simply offer a space to consider your experience up until now and ask you how you might like to live differently. In our sessions together I take time to listen, acknowledge and accept what life has brought your way. Then, we will work together to approach your circumstances differently. Life may not change, but your satisfaction in life can.
