Summary
I have been a dedicated meditator for over 20 years, working with my own experience of how challenging it can be to encounter the complex inner workings of this human life. In 2016 I completed Mindful-Self Compassion training with Chris Germer and began the process of moving towards a career in therapy. My purpose is to help people come into a more gentle, compassionate relationship with themselves as a means of managing the varied challenges of living. I meet my clients where they are without judgement. I am trained in EMDR, & Mindfulness-Based Psychotherapy.
