Description
Tricia carries a space of safety and curiosity, knowing that you are the only person who can voice your experience. She incorporates Person Centered Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy into her sessions. She views counselling as a collaborative process that requires both an effort and a desire to work toward change. Tricia’s therapeutic approach stems from a postmodern and social justice lens–although she views therapy as integrative.
