Description
I have 15 years of experience treating people with mental health problems. Prior to switching to this field, I had worked in international companies specializing in marketing for 8 years. In face of life challenges, it is not uncommon to run away or fight so hard trying to get rid of them. Often, neither way leads to a peaceful mind. I believe that healing starts when we pause and take a moment to face the unwelcomed, examine our vulnerabilities and resilience, and evoke our values. With awareness and clarity, we can align our lives with what we really care and make peace with ourselves.

Summary
We walk with clients to face and cope with life transitions and changes, grief and loss, self-doubt and self-esteem issues, work stress and relationships. We join clients in exploring their family dynamics to resolve conflicts among family members, to foster meaningful communication, and to promote effective parenting. We guide those seeking personal growth through their self-exploration journey for better self-understanding and clarity. Each person is unique, same as the therapeutic process. We are here to be with you throughout the process.
