Description
I have had the privilege of supporting children, youth, and adults in both community and private practice clinical counselling settings. I have been a mom for 22 years and married for 25 years, which gives me a deep understanding of the complexities of family life and the challenges we face at different stages. Having navigated life’s ups and downs with resilience and hope, I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients can explore their own experiences and uncover their strengths. I specialize in trauma, relationship challenges, spirituality, anxiety, and depression.
