Description
I offer individual counselling to teens (13+) and adults. The people I see often have an inner critic that puts them down and makes them feel like they are somehow different from or “less than” others. Many find themselves bracing for something to go wrong. They often struggle with a range of presenting concerns, including anxiety, depression, complex trauma, PTSD, childhood emotional neglect, low self-esteem, social anxiety, grief, issues related to cultural adjustment, procrastination, and relationship difficulties with parents or adult children.
