Description

I completed my Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in Counselling Psychology at UBC. I offer individual counselling to adults (19+) struggling with complex trauma, anxiety, and relationships. I work primarily from an attachment framework, meaning I help you explore and improve your relationships, including your relationship with yourself: How you treat yourself, talk to yourself, and perhaps dismiss yourself and your needs.
