Description
I provide individual therapy to adults 19+. My specialties include working with depression, anxiety, addiction, low self-esteem, relationship issues, work challenges, complex childhood trauma, grief, and issues related to family of origin. I utilize a holistic approach throughout the therapeutic process to accommodate each client’s unique experience, needs, and goals for therapy. I help people learn how to regulate their emotions, move through difficult feelings, heal what hurts, and shift their story.
