Description
The adults and youth who I see in my practice are often looking for help with anxiety, depression, relationships, concentrating, and even physical discomfort. They struggle to express their needs and emotions and have difficulty setting boundaries. They don’t feel like they can be themselves. Often, my clients describe difficult life events that remain unresolved. Negative beliefs such as “My feelings aren’t important” or “I’m a failure” are deeply ingrained and serve as stumbling blocks to their happiness. I help clients move through stuck emotions and feel more empowered in their lives.
