Description

In my practice, I see couples, families, and individuals who are overwhelmed with difficult emotions. The couples I see are struggling to communicate and feel alone and misunderstood in their relationship. Communication has become a repetition of the same issues where nothing seems to get resolved, and feelings of doubt, anger, or withdrawal develop towards their partner.

The families I see describe feeling frustrated and helpless. They’re struggling to communicate with their teen or adult child. They want a closer connection but don’t know where to begin.
