Anita is a Registered Clinical Counsellor who has worked with individuals, couples, families and groups of diverse ages, gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, socioeconomic status, religions, and cultures. She uses customized treatment plans tailored to each individual’s needs, while instilling confidence to assist clients with self-growth so that they will be able to make lasting changes in their lives. She likes using eclectic approaches that cater to each client’s needs, which include CBT, narrative, attachment, existential, humanistic, solution-focused, and mindfulness approaches.
