She believes in creating a therapeutic space rooted in compassion, collaboration, and respect. Kerry uses an integrative approach, tailoring various therapeutic modalities to meet client needs. These include Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion-Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
