Description

I describe my approach as client-centered, strength-based, and eclectic. My clinical training is in Drama Therapy which is the intentional use of processes from drama and theater to work towards therapeutic goals. It’s also important to note that these processes are things we do naturally every day. We all tell stories, we play different roles in our lives, and we use our bodies to communicate.

Summary

Nightingale Counselling blends scientific research, counselling theory, and clinical experience into a singular approach. Our practice enables people to literally reconstruct the neural pathways that guide daily living. From experiences of stress, difficult emotions, and physical pain, to the quality of everyday relationships, this approach has proven clinical results.
