Description
I am a counsellor, registered with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC), who centers attunement, listening, non-judgment and client expertise of their healing journey in my work. I hold a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Simon Fraser University as well as a Bachelor of Education and a Bachelor of Arts. Emotion-Focused and Narrative Therapies heavily inform my work with clients. I also draw from Cognitive and Dialectical Behaviour Therapies to meet clients where they are at.
