Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, stress, grief, depression, low self-esteem, or anger, I can hold space for whatever you need. In therapy, we will build on your strengths, explore your emotions, identify resources, and tailor strategies to you so that you are empowered to take the necessary steps to move ahead. If you’d like to learn more about me, please book a free 15-minute consultation. If you'd like to start therapy, feel free to book an Initial Intake Session.
