I believe that, despite the challenges that our circumstances place in our path, everyone possesses the ability and the desire to be who they want to be. It's a matter of cutting through those challenges to find our way forward. I consider it my mission to provide people with a safe environment in which to learn the skills and the mindsets necessary to blaze a trail to that ideal self and realize their full potential.
To that end, I have assembled a diverse toolkit of therapeutic treatments that are built upon evidence-based understandings of psychological concerns and how to treat them.
