My name is Yuka, and I hold a Master of Counselling degree from Monash University, and am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors. I am also currently pursuing my Doctor of Counselling and Psychotherapy degree. I have expertise in areas such as ADHD, Autism, anxiety, burnout, and stress management. As a neurodivergent individual with a multicultural background, I provide virtual counselling services to both neurodivergent and neurotypical adults.
