Description

Paschia is a Canadian Certified Counsellor who provides support to individuals experiencing Perinatal Anxiety and Mood Disorders including postpartum anxiety depression intrusive thoughts, fertility struggles, grief and loss, birth trauma, and post adoption support. She is inclusive in her practice and support LGBTQ2S+ specific issues, and BIPOC individuals. She works towards supporting individuals through life transitions ie. changing family dynamics ie. divorce, separation, blended families, new relationship, career transition, role transitions.

Summary

Nest Integrative Wellness is a multidisciplinary health and wellness clinic that also operates as a social and physical hub for group gatherings and activities. Our space is accessible, inclusive, surrounded by an abundance of free parking, and is located in the west-central Edmonton community of Westmount in Ward o-day’min*.

We support all members of the general public and our team has specialized training and interest in supporting those in their perinatal journeys – including those who are trying to conceive, are pregnant, have recently given birth, or are seeking support through loss.
