I’m a certified counsellor with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association, working with children, youth, and individuals. My person-centered approach is tailored to your needs, using techniques like CBT, DBT, Gestalt therapies, and mindfulness. I also offer art therapy, including 19 years of experience with Breathlines painting for anxiety and wellness. As a Nature Doctors client, I value the holistic mind-body connection and would love to support you on your journey. Evening and weekend sessions are available online or in-person.
