Description
I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor, Holistic Energy Worker, art maker, and nature lover. I have also been trained in Clinical Hypnotherapy, Yoga Nidra, and Art Therapy. These modalities have proven to be effective in helping people decrease anxiety, resolve the effects of trauma, and increase motivation and feelings of wellbeing. I have worked with people of all ages for over 15 years and in various settings. I am grateful to be able to walk alongside clients as they move through a range of issues and into greater equanimity, strength, and inner peace.
