I believe everyone can benefit from therapy. Whether you struggle with anxiety, depression, grief or have simply lost the joy in your life, I believe the answers to your issues are within you; you just need someone to guide you. My role is to listen, ask questions that can help deepen your understanding of the situation, provide a different perspective, and sometimes pose questions that challenge your thinking. I always do this from a place of compassion and curiosity.

Our goal is to connect and set you up with a therapist as soon as possible; typically this can happen within a week. We do our best to avoid wait-listing people.
