Description
Calen is a Registered Provisional Psychologist with CAP. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Lethbridge and a Master of Counselling degree from the City University in Canada. His interest in the holistic nature of mind, body and emotion was born out of experience within competitive hockey. He believes that impactful counselling and therapy involves working with both the mind and the emotional experiences accumulated in the body. His aim is to provide a supportive and encouraging environment, holding space to recondition the mind and strengthen confidence.

Supporting community and improving mental health are our main concerns. In-person and virtual sessions available. We never want fees to be the thing that stops people from accessing support. We offer low cost and sliding scale counselling to help those who can't afford our full rates. we also provide groups for mindfulness, meditation, and trauma informed yoga, Equine facilitated trauma, grief, and stress, Equine facilitated marriage workshop, Fearlessly anchored marriages, De:Stress and Re:fresh, and FearLess. Online courses available and our bundle packages.
