My passion is to work with individuals and couples who are navigating issues related to relationships, anxiety and life transitions. I have over 25 years experience working in a variety of mental health settings as both a Registered Counsellor and a Registered Psychiatric Nurse. My strengths as a counsellor are my warmth, compassion and genuine curiosity to know you better and to understand your story. I am constantly in awe of the human condition and feel so privileged for this work that I get to do. I provide in-person sessions in my cozy Fairfield home office.

Summary
My office is located close to Cook Street Village in the Victoria neighbourhood of Fairfield. There is generally available free street parking within a block. The office space is private and has North and West facing windows, a fireplace, art, books and soft lighting. If she is invited, my rescue dog Roux would love to join us for our sessions.
