Welcome! I collaborate with clients through strength based, client centred, trauma informed, cultural and social just lenses. Each client has the strength to change and grow, and sometimes collaborating through counselling can support people in getting unstuck and kickstart the growth process. I use different approaches such as mindfulness, self-compassion, CBT, solution-focused, AEDP. The most important determinant of the approach we will use in our work together is you, your experience, your goals, your beliefs. I look forward to connecting with you. With care, Meirav
