I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the BCACC. For the past 40 years, I have worked with children, individuals, couples, and families as a social worker, counsellor, and educator. I am passionate about empowering individuals and families to cope with adversities and ongoing change. I am honoured to counsel clients impacted by traumatic events, loss, chronic pain, stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions and interpersonal problems. I draw on my background in Cognitive Behavioral-, Narrative-, and Solution-focused Therapy while using a Strength-based, Client-centred Approach.
