I have extensive training in a range of therapeutic techniques in the evidence-based field of therapies. These include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). Fluent in Spanish and English, I have also worked as a Behavioral Therapist with children diagnosed with ASD.
