I spent a long time in therapy trying to appease other people’s image of me. They wanted me to fit into their lens of their world. The result was terrible anxiety and apprehension. I empathize with your challenges. 

Sometimes we need a companion and confidant along the bumps and “stuck-ness” to help keep us stable and focused. And guess what? That is perfectly OK. Everyone needs a travel companion at times. I did (and at times, I still do!).

Having spent over 20 years in the field of Education (I am a licensed teacher with the Ontario College of Teachers), I bring a wealth of experience and expertise to my counselling practice. I have also completed a degree of Applied Psychology Specializing in Counselling. My designation is Professional Registered Counsellor-Candidate.
