I appreciate you stopping by. I do. Whether you’re struggling with the pain of grief, relationship conflict, or personal direction, you don’t have to do it alone. 
I help individuals strengthen self-worth, self-esteem, and confidence while navigating life’s many challenges. 
I also support men with relationship issues, career pressures, and I work with couples to build lasting intimacy and stronger communication. 
Therapy is like a gentle, honest conversation in a safe, supportive space where healing and growth can begin. I am calm and non-judgmental. We may even share a few laughs together.

Summary

I have training and lived experience with anxiety, panic, career challenges, betrayal, spiritual growth, a friend’s suicide and overcoming fears. My training scope goes beyond what I have listed. Please check out my tabs and “other areas of focus.”

Having spent over 20 years in the field of Education (I am a licensed teacher with the Ontario College of Teachers), I bring a wealth of experience and expertise to my counselling practice. I have also completed a degree of Applied Psychology Specializing in Counselling. My designation is Professional Registered Counsellor-Candidate.
