Summary
Working together (in person) to improve your physical, emotional and psychological health and wellness in order to increase your sense of well‐being, alleviate feelings of stress, reframe negative thoughts, or work through any past traumas or recent crises. EMDR is a therapy method using bilateral stimulation (eye movement, tapping or tones) while you focus on your trigger or traumatic incident, to reduce the vividness and emotion. Reach out if you are ready to address triggers and trauma through evidence-based EMDR and other methods to help you find your balance.
