have you been feeling depressed, anxious, broken hearted, stuck in old behaviors and mindset even when they no longer serve you and make you miserable. I am Operine, Registered Clinical Counsellor with over 30 years of counselling and coaching experiences, education, life experiences and hopefully wisdom. I value compassion, safety and hope that as I walk with you and discover that life is not fair and sometimes life SUCKS! But there will always be opportunities to discover your needs and wants beneath those emotions and  find the courage open your heart and understanding to yourself.
