Mahsa holds a Ph.D. in Psychology and a Registered Clinical Counselor (RCC) with BCACC. She specialize in working with adults with stress, anxiety, depression, perfectionism, ADHD, PTSD, gender dysphoria, and low self-esteem through CBT, and other evidence-based approaches tailored to her client's unique needs and worldview. She also offer couple counselling to help couples improve their communication skills and understand themselves and each other better. As an immigrant who works with diverse populations, Mahsa values diversity and the collaborative process of exploring and growing.
