Description
Ursula is a registered clinical counsellor with over 20 years experience in primary/secondary education. Ursula is a skilled communicator who employs conflict resolution/restorative practices, self-regulation skills/exercises, parent education, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), group therapy, integrative body psychotherapy and crisis intervention and trauma-informed approaches to her work. Ursula draws from a number of theoretical orientations including mindfulness based and nature-based practices as well as more direct and focused solution-based models of practice.
