Description
I believe in your self-healing capacity and the desire to move towards wholeness and wellbeing. I use a “bottom-up" approach to treatment that connects the thinking parts of the brain with the trauma-altered survival system to support self-soothing and nervous system regulation. I believe that the wisdom of our body, our emotions, and that which lies beyond our thinking brain leads us to the deeper truth of our being.
