I became a therapist because I love helping others find clarity and purpose. Through the lens of self-compassion, we will work together to explore how past experiences are influencing your current situation, uncover what's most important to you, and learn practical strategies to address the difficulties you are currently facing. I specialize in late diagnosed ADHD, anxiety, depression, stress management, issues in both traditional and non-traditional relationships, as well as supporting good mental health from the inside out with nutrition and lifestyle change.
